I attached a picture, please have a look and someone tell me what is this cord (cable) and it's used for what?

I believe that is the 201A package, and it is a 110V source. Is it a regular (female) plug receptacle on the end?

Yeah.... like I said above, and Bleed also said - looks like a block heater for cold climate.
